1. First check that you are entering your username and password exactly as seen. If you have lost your details you may request a new password here. You can change your password to something more memorable in your members area. Please note: We often get people unable to log in because they have ordered a new password but are still using the old one! If you don't receive your new pass please check your junk folder and read this page.

2. It may be that you are already logged in without knowing it! check to see if you are already logged in by trying to enter your members area. The diamond lounge can be found by going to - Members > diamond lounge on the main menu (above) If you are logged in you will be taken directly to the Diamond Lounge. If you are not logged in you will be taken to the login page.
