I agree that AME assumes no liability whatsoever for any replies or any actions arising out of any replies to any advertisement posted on the AME site. I agree that AME shall not be liable for any failure of performance, error, omission, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or use of records, whether for breach of contract, torturous behaviour, negligence or any other cause of action.
